AX 2009 EP Site Error: 'unable to load content [webcontrol name]. Please contact your systems administrator'

Need to  do the following modifications in web.config file, which is located at: 

C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\EP site port number

1. Change the CallStack property to “true” from the follwoing, SafeMode MaxControls=”200” CallStack=”false” …
2. Change the custom errors mode property to “Off” from the following, customErrors mode=”On”
3. Change the debug property to "true" from the following , compilation batch="false" debug="false"
   
   Then save the config file and restart the IIS.
